Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)

Personal Data is collected and processed as required or permitted by law and to give effect to requested transaction including but not exhaustive to the following :

To access and process the application.
To administer PT Turkish Aerospace Indonesia obligations in relation to any agreement entered with PT Turkish Aerospace Indonesia.
For internal investigations, audit or security purpose.
To protect interest, including but not limited to fraud prevention.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
For PT Turkish Aerospace Indonesia internal record.
For Personal Data of the executives and employees for periodical to the management of TUSAŞ

Personal Data may be disclosed to a third party appointed by PT Turkish Aerospace Indonesia to provide services or on behalf (eg: auditors, lawyers and other advisers), law enforcement agencies, statutory authorities or any person to whom PT Turkish Aerospace Indonesia is required to do so under law or in response to a competent or government agencies. To record of any application, notice, request or any other information relating to Personal Data that is being processed needs to be kept and maintained. Nevertheless, PT Turkish Aerospace Indonesia is required to erase Personal Data in the event that :

The Personal Data is no longer necessary for the achievement of the purposes of processing Personal Data;
The Data Subject has withdrawn consent for the processing of Personal Data;
There is a request from the Data Subject; or
The Personal Data is acquired and/or processed unlawfully.

However, PT Turkish Aerospace Indonesia is obligated to refuse access for modification of Personal Data to the Data Subject in the event that:

It poses a threat to the security, physical health, or mental health of the Personal Data and/or others;
It impacts the disclosure of Personal Data belonging to others; and/or
It conflicts with the interests of national defense and security.
