OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIROMENTAL POLICY

Turkish Aerospace Indonesia (TUSAS Indonesia) is a company engaged in design and manufacturing which has moral and legal responsibilities based on Law no.1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety and Government Regulation No.50 of 2012 – Concerning the implementation of an Occupational Safety and Health Management System. To achieve the number and severity of work accidents, injuries, illness, and environmental pollution at a zero level by aligning the interest of HSE and production together by providing a safe and healthy workplace and community environment for all employees, vendors, suppliers, customers, and visitors.

GOALS :

  • TUSAS Indonesia provides a safe and healthy working environment to prevent accident and illness
  • TUSAS Indonesia employees comply with all legal and other requirements related to occupational Health and Safety.
  • TUSAS Indonesia uses the risk assessment approach to eliminate dangers and reduce risks to the health and safety of all its employees.
  • TUSAS Indonesia ensures employee consultation and participation in the establishment, implementation, and improvement of processes related to Occupational Health and Safety.

  • Provide support mechanism that assists employees in maintaining and improving their physical and mental health.
  • Eliminate all employee injuries by making the workplace free from hazards and unsafe actions.
  • Establish safety end environmental protection standards that both comply with local laws and go beyond, when necessary, to achieve the goals of this policy.
  • Hold all SLT accountable for safety and environmental performance and for providing leadership and required resources

TUSAS Indonesia realizes that management has full responsibility for providing a healthy and safe workplace and environment. Each management representative has the responsibility to implement this policy in their area of responsibility which is monitored through an annual review of HSE performance.

On the other hand, employees also guarantee that they will follow all HSE policies and procedures by reporting all dangers to their respective supervisors.
